It purchased 20000 square meters of its own factory. It is a comprehensive printing and packaging company with nearly 200 employees. It has more than ten years of mature experience in puzzle table game suit, puzzle learning card suit, puzzle, paper board, playing cards, game cards, color boxes and many other paper toy games. Professional automated production equipment can ensure the quality and complete the production and packaging of the whole finished product efficiently.
In terms of production equipment, our company has complete supporting facilities. The prepress equipment has HP digital printer with a width of 80cm and CTP direct printing system, and automatic cutting prototype, which can effectively and greatly reduce the proofing cost of customers. The printing equipment includes 3 split four-color machines such as Heidelberg CP2000 and Roland 700 in Germany, 1 split double-sided monochrome printing machine, and the post-press equipment includes a full-automatic paper laminating machine, a full-automatic die cutting machine and a full-automatic box pasting machine. It also has 4 production lines for automatic manual boxes, fine handmade boxes and 3 production lines for full-automatic playing cards and game cards. In addition, the company is also equipped with a high-speed, 100cm wide hydraulic press specializing in the production of puzzle puzzles, and more than 20 sets of supporting equipment. In addition, the company also has a series of other complete sets of process equipment such as environment-friendly water-based glue machines and die cutting machines.
